Clarence D. Bell is a former Republican member of the Pennsylvania State Senate.[2] He also served as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from 1955 to 1960.[3] At his death in 2002, Bell was the longest-serving public official in Pennsylvania.[4]
